How do I update my Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) settings?

Please Note: You will need to use your current method of MFA in order to switch to another method. If you are unable to use your current method, please call the IT Help Desk or visit the Technology Commons during our hours of operation.


To update your MFA settings: 

  1. Browse to multifactor.wcu.edu/
  2. Login with you WCUid and password 
  3. Authenticate with a phone call, text message, or with a mobile app (whichever you selected and configured) to access the site
  4. Choose from the menu list on the left and update information as needed
